RUSH and SUPER-RUSH

Please note that while we strive to accommodate as many properties as possible, some may not be eligible for these expedited services. Additionally, our prior commitments can sometimes limit our capacity to offer rush services.

When requesting a RUSH or SUPER-RUSH service, please inform us of any unique circumstances, such as property damage, variations in actual living area from public records, scenic views, and more.

Our RUSH Service: With this option, we guarantee delivery of your appraisal report electronically within 48 hours of the property inspection, even on holidays and weekends. This service typically includes a 25% surcharge on our standard appraisal fee.

Our SUPER-RUSH Service: This service is even quicker. We pledge to deliver your appraisal report electronically within 24 hours of the property inspection, regardless of holidays or weekends. It typically incurs a 50% surcharge on our standard appraisal fee.
